Installation Policy

• Garage Adda will be able to provide doorstep installation of selected products at specific locations.
• User can check for serviceable Locations by entering Pincode on Product Page.
• While placing the order, user to share details of the vehicle under “Installation Notes” section.
• Garage Adda may contact the user to share details including photographs, videos of the vehicle if required. User data collected can be shared only with our service partners for the purpose of providing better service.
• User can schedule installation request post delivery of the product by visiting ‘My Orders’ Section.
• Garage Adda will try to schedule the installation on the requested date by the user, however, due any unforeseen reason, installation may be re-schedule on any other date after due consultation with the user.
• User to ensure availability of vehicle at the scheduled time for installation. User to provide safe and sufficient working space for our service partner to ensure uninterrupted installation.
• User to provide requisite electricity supply source in the vicinity of the vehicle location. No charge for electricity consumption during the installation shall be reimbursed.
• User agrees to allow our service partner or Garage Adda representatives to take video or images of the vehicle during installation.
• Any query regarding product or installation shall be entertained by Garage Adda at our customer care number.

The Platform may include services, content, documents, and information owned by, licensed to, or otherwise made available by, a third party ("Third Party Services") and contain links to Third Party Services, You understand and acknowledge that Third Party Services are the sole responsibility of the third party that created or provided it and that use of such Third Party Services is solely at your own risk.
• b. We make no representations and exclude all warranties and liabilities arising out of or pertaining to such Third Party Services, including their accuracy or completeness. Should you avail a Third Party Service, you shall be governed and bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third parties providing the Third Party Services. Further, all intellectual property rights in and to Third Party Services are the property of the respective third parties.
